Tree-layer plates
In modern society, where more and more attention is paid to the environmental friendliness of goods, the appearance of new materials and products is inevitable. Three-layer solid wood plate (TLP)- modern building material, highly environmentally friendly, made of massive wood, is a large-sized plate consisting of three layers: two one-way layers and the middle layer with perpendicular positioning of fibers relative to the outer layers. Each layer consists spruce lamellas; the thickness of the layers can be different which determines the thickness of the plate.
This product is widely known and has already gained popularity among builders, designers, architects and regular buyers.
For now LLC "VLK INOK" St. Petersburg. is the only one producer of three-layer solid wood plates in Russia.
Three-layer plates production
Production line is built according German standards, automatic control is carried out at each site, this allow production european quality goods. Three-layer solid wood plates, LLC «VTC INOK» Company production,regularly pass laboratory tests in accordance with EN standards, that’s confessed with worldwide standard CE.
For the plates, production is used waterproof adhesive system GripProLight, AkzoNobel company.Thats latest development from the family without formaldehyde adhesive systems, where the emission of glue does not exceed harmful emissions from the tree itself and is environmentally friendly material.
At the site for sorting lamellas by grades, is installed scanner of an Italian company Microtech, that allows make clear segmentation by grades.
